Strategic input on innovation, projects and collaboration

Energy Transition Norway (ETN) convened its Advisory Board this week for a strategic discussion on ongoing activities, project development and priorities for the coming period.
The Advisory Board provides strategic counsel to ETN, with members from government, industry and academia contributing perspectives on policy, market developments and stakeholder collaboration. In this meeting, the dialogue centred on how ETN can continue to develop strong, project-driven collaboration across the energy system from early-stage ideas to more mature industrial initiatives.
Energy Transition Norway shared updates on current innovation efforts and international engagement, followed by discussion on emerging focus areas, the importance of supporting initiatives that fall outside established structures, and the need to strengthen capacity for project development and funding applications. Changing framework conditions and access to funding were also addressed as important factors shaping future work.
ETN’s Advisory Board serves as an active sounding board, bringing cross-sector perspectives that help guide ETN’s initiatives and strengthen its position in the broader energy landscape.
